Hi Jo, l love how your body’s senses capture the physicality while the other ponders the expanse. Isn’t the moon glorious, l am currently away camping enjoying the noise of the surf, peering out at the light of the 5.55am moon, ready to make a coffee. Grateful to be alive. Sending lots of love. 🙏🏼😊💖🌊🌀
Oh, this goes right under my skin, stepping into heaven, among the stars, under a full moon, what a setting to enjoy an early morning coffee... and so inspiring to write an early morning poem, too.
Thank you Veronika. Lovely to have you here with me on my early morning. I hope you are also finding comfort and inspiration in that moon, the stars, the spaces between. Sending much Love and Thoughts. xx💛💛💛
I was surprised to see a three-quarter waning moon hanging over the barn this morning, I shouldn't have been, I knew it had risen late. I couldn't take my eyes from its pearly glow while I drank my own coffee and though I don't have a Lake Wanaka or any lake close by I imagined it, with the scent of pine and ferret and rabbit too... thank you for beginning my day with a smile...
Sending love Jo, may your Easter be jolly, I hope you're with your loved ones 💛xxx
Lovely to imagine you drinking your coffee and looking at the same beautiful "pearly glow" Susie. I hope you're are having a very happy Easter. Much Love. 💛xxx
Thank you so much, Jo Sundberg! Spring is springing nicely in north Florida. Rain would help quell the fire hazards. May your Easter be the rebirth it symbolizes.
The poetry of everyday life! And always stunning photos. It’s always right in front of us. Underneath our feet. Above us. Inside us. Happy Easter and enjoy that autumn as it breathes you in Jo! Thank you for being here 🙏❤️💫
These pictures are truly heavenly. Such beauty. I also love the poem; all of it works beautifully, but I'm just taking a few lines:
"heaven
of Stars
a breeze
touches hair on my arm
i step
ferret screams
rabbit runs
pines and smoke in air"
The images are fabulous, and I love how the breeze moves to touch the hair on your arm. The wildlife in this is simply unforgettable.. Thank you for this.
