That final photo - just fantastic. Beauty, serenity, grandeur, mystery. Thanks for the lift, I was running with you.

Oh Jo, every week your writing lifts by heart and makes me smile. We don’t need more experts, we need more inspiration, and you are an inspiration. Listen to your heart indeed - wanky as fuck and properly magical! Much love xx

Thank you Emily! And in return your comments made me smile. 💛 I had to repeat your words out loud to myself "wanky as fuck and properly magical!" Such Fun. 😀

So amazing really that we are smiling at the same time, you there on a Spring evening and me on an Autumn morning. Just beautiful vibes there! I guess that just sounded a bit w...y and woo wee again! 😄

🥰 Thank you so much Jamie for your generous comment.

I seldom run with anyone else because I am slow and like to be in my own space, but I am sensing that when I'm next in Canada we may just be able to enjoy a "slow the f**k down" run together. 😊🙏

That would be a slooooow run Jo! Those kind of runs where time disappears. 🙏❤️ Nobody even wants to walk with me anymore either lol. Hugging trees and on my knees looking at the unseen. Thanks for being here.

"What are you running from? / Someone asked me once. / I am running towards. / I reply. / Towards a state of Being / which I can find / when I am following my heart."

I'm going to frame these words, Jo. Maybe even carve them into a piece of wood, if that's o.k with you.

🥰 Oh Josh thank you. Yes that is more than ok with me. As long as I can come and see your creation, and all your others, one day!

Many (including myself) were clear what we were running away FROM. I live in a zone where many have "dropped out The System". The challenge is "to drop back in" in a way that is meaningful (to oneself). 'Following your heart' is the best advice that I'm aware of -- and it doesn't have to make sense to anyone else, just yourself.

I love what you and Veronika have done Josh. Yes, that is a fine line between moving completely out of The System and to also engage in it: "The challenge is "to drop back in" in a way that is meaningful (to oneself)." Thank you.

You're pretty damn expert at making me want to drag out my muddy Hokka's (yup I have a pair too...) and run into the brightening dawn with camera swinging! I do this already, of course I do but I walk... you make me want to run Jo, even though I know I can't - oops that word - Ok I can but it hurts... Id have to go sloooow... you make me want the sort of zest for life you have!

I Love your heart pourings, your photos, I Love you Jo!♥️xx

🥰. I reckon your walk would probably be faster than my run actually Susie. But either way, you know very well the call of the heart. Getting out amongst nature and moving is the best way to de-stress. Re orientating the stress to zest!! Just like your lemon meringue!! Thank you Susie for your heart warming comments. ❤️

Form. One foot up ,one foot down. It takes many feet to get to someplace. Go ask alice. she reuns twice as fast just to stay in place. Keep up? Sit still. Listen to your heart race. Slow it down. Oh, this is no how to/ Glad you take pix along the way. Does that big lake freeze?

Ah yes Alice in Wonderland. Thank you for reminding me. 💛

Thanks for your curiosity about Lake Hāwea. She doesn't freeze. We don't get cold enough temps in NZ. Some facts for you: Lake Hāwea covers 141 km2 and is 392 m deep. Have a great day Richard. 😊
